Excellent Stay Near the Port
amazing location effective air conditioning ocean view easy access
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to shopping. I could easily access local goods. The air conditioning in each area was very effective. The view from my room was beautiful I could see the ocean clearly.
The corridors had poor lighting making it difficult to see the room number clearly.

The lobby features beautiful decor providing a cute first impression . The hotel offered basic services. I did notice that a dedicated breakfast room was absent adding a different dynamic to the morning routine.

poor air conditioning dim lighting
the air conditioning didn't work very well. it was on the coldest temperature, but it didn't cool the room. luckily, i had a fan. also, there wasn't much lighting at the head of the bed. there was no bedside lamp on the nightstand either. it was unusual!!!

the location is super central, i think. everything is just around the corner. the morning receptionist was so smiley and polite, it made my day.
The room had a lot of mosquitos, unfortunately. window shades were not enough, so there was a lot of light in the room. the bathroom was too small. It felt a bit cramped.

air conditioning helpful receptionist dark corridors slow lift
The air conditioning in the rooms worked very well. I found the receptionist very helpful as she arranged a taxi for me at 3:30 AM. She also printed a full invoice for reimbursement purposes. This was very helpful
The corridors to the rooms felt very dark and hot. There was also an unpleasant smell. I found the lift in the hotel moved very slowly.

Wonderful stay near the Harbour
really good location friendly staff spacious family room
The location was really good. It made exploring the area SO easy. The staff demonstrated AMAZING friendliness and provided great assistance throughout my stay. My family room was quite spacious, with two separate bedrooms, ensuring everyone had enough space to relax.
The hotel corridors had poor lighting. I had to use my phone to see the room number.
